South Bay Tamil Kalvi (SBTK) was organized and started initially with the help of SoCal Tamil Organization in 2015. In the following year (2016), South Bay Tamil Sangam (SBTS) was created with the larger objective of serving as a platform for fostering Tamil culture along with education to the younger generation in Los Angeles area with SBTK being registered as a DBA of SBTS. This organization has thrived and grown from strength to strength in the last 5 years due to the vision, tireless efforts and support of our founding members. They are:
