SBTK Advisory committee will oversee Tamil school administration including but not limited to school facility booking with school district, school event related facility booking, snacks for kids, review financial requirements including budget etc. Principal and Vice-Principal would continue to perform their current operational roles independently and use SBTK advisory committee as an escalation point. The charter and responsibilities of SBTK Advisory Committee are listed below:
- SBTK Advisory Committee will consist of 3 members from SBTS officers and will have a two year term like other committees of SBTS.
- Work with CTA/ITA for SBTK administrative activities (contracts, liability & financial related).
- Define a term for the Principal and Vice-Principal. Select and appoint Principal and Vice Principal after their current term ends.
- Act as a bridge between SBTS and Principal and Vice Principal and keep SBTS transparently informed and updated of SBTK functioning.
- This committee was created in September 2020 and its current members are:
- Mr. Rengarajan Muthusamy
- Mrs. Subha Hari
- Mrs. Senkamalam Chinnasamy
- Mrs. Sriharini Sethuraman
- The current Principal will have an option of joining the SBTK Advisory Committee after his/her current term. This creates a path for leadership and ensures Principal’s counsel is retained after their current role.
- It is proposed that a parent also join SBTK Advisory Committee next year to ensure full transparency and visibility to parents on SBTK operations
- SBTK Advisory Committee will report and present on financial, liability and other major administrative decisions to SBTS officers.

தென் விரிகுடா தமிழ் கல்வியின் ஆலோசனை குழுவானது, தமிழ் கல்வியின் நிர்வாக செயல்பாடுகளான பள்ளி வளாகம் மற்றும் கலை நிகழ்ச்சிகளுக்கான அரங்கம் பதிவு செய்வதும், மாணவர்களுக்கு திண் பண்டங்கள் வழங்குவதும், மற்றும் நிதி தேவைகளான வரவு செலவு கணக்குகளை ஆலோசித்து செயல் படுத்துவதும் ஆகும். தலைமை ஆசிரியர் மற்றும் துணைத் தலைமை ஆசிரியர் தங்களின் பணிக்கான பொறுப்புகளை சுதந்திரமாக தொடர்ந்து செய்து கொண்டிருப்பார்கள். தேவைப் படும் பொழுது, அவர்கள் ஆலோசனைக் குழுவின் ஆதரவினைப் பெற்று செயல்படுவார்கள். தென் விரிகுடா தமிழ் கல்வியின் ஆலோசனை குழுவின் கட்டமைப்பு மற்றும் பொறுப்புகள் பின்வருமாறு:
– தென் விரிகுடா தமிழ் சங்கத்தின் மூன்று உறுப்பினர்கள், தென் விரிகுடா தமிழ் கல்வியின் ஆலோசனை குழுவில் இடம் பெறுவார்கள். அவர்களின் பதிவிக் காலம் மற்ற தென் விரிகுடா தமிழ் சங்க குழுக்களைப் போல இரண்டு வருடம் ஆகும்.
– தென் விரிகுடா தமிழ் கல்வியின் ஆலோசனை குழுவானது சிடிஎ/ஐடிஎ-விற்கு தேவையான நிர்வாக செயல்பாடுகளான ஒப்பந்தங்கள், நிறுவன அமைப்புக்களுக்கான கடமைகள் மற்றும் நிதிநிலை தேவைகளை பூர்த்தி செய்யும்.
– தலைமை ஆசிரியர் மற்றும் துணைத் தலைமை ஆசிரியரைத் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பது மற்றும் அவர்களுக்கான பதிவிக் காலத்தை நிர்ணயிப்பது .
– தென் விரிகுடா தமிழ் சங்கத்திற்கும், தலைமை மற்றும் துணைத் தலைமை ஆசிரியர்களுக்கும் இடையே ஒரு பாலமாக செயல்படுவது மட்டுமில்லாமல், கல்வியின் செயல்பாடுகளை சங்கத்திடம் தெரிவிப்பது.
– இந்த ஆலோசனை குழு செப்டம்பர் 2020-ம் வருடம் ஆரம்பிக்கப்பட்டது. தற்போதைய உறுப்பினர்கள்:

2. திருமதி. சுபா ஹரி
3. திருமதி. செங்கமலம் சின்னசாமி
4. திருமதி. ஸ்ரீஹரிணி சேதுராமன்
– தலைமை ஆசிரியரின் பதவிக்காலம் முடிந்தவுடன் அவர் ஆலோசனை குழுவில் இடம்பெற வாய்ப்பு உண்டு.
இதனால் அடுத்த தலைமை ஆசிரியருக்கு உதவியாக தங்களது அனுபவத்தைப் பகிரலாம்.
– இதன் செயல்பாடுகள் மேலும் வெளிப்படையாக அமைவதற்கு, அடுத்து வரும் கல்வி ஆண்டிலிருந்து பெற்றோர்களின் சார்பாக ஒருவரை தேர்ந்தெடுத்து இந்த குழுவில் இடம் பெற வாய்ப்பளிக்கப்படும்.
– தென் விரிகுடா தமிழ் கல்வியின் ஆலோசனை குழு நிதி நிலை தேவைகள், நிர்வாகப் பொறுப்புகள் மற்றும் முக்கிய முடிவுகள் போன்றவற்றை சங்கத்தின் உறுப்பினர்களிடம் தெரிவிக்கும்.
