As one of the most inspiring leaders of India’s young generation, Sri Abdul Kalam once quoted, “Every youth is UNIQUE. They have to be ENABLED to become job generators from job seekers”. How awe-inspiring and powerful is the quote from a great man himself, who asked young generation to dream, and dream BIG. At SBTS Youth Enablement program, we aim to identify and nurture that UNIQUE dream hidden in our youth and look to groom them with appropriate support in transforming those raw-vision into success.

இளைஞர் மேம்பாடு

இந்தியாவின் இளம் தலைமுறையினரின் எழுச்சியூட்டும் தலைவர்களில் சிறந்த ஒருவரான ஸ்ரீ அப்துல் கலாம் ஒருமுறை கூறியது போல, “ஒவ்வொரு இளைஞரும் தனித்தன்மை வாய்ந்தவர். அவர்கள் வேலை தேடுபவர்களாயில்லாமல் வேலையை உருவாக்குபவர்களாக மாற்ற வேண்டும்”. SBTS இளைஞர் செயலாக்கத் திட்டத்தில், நமது இளைஞர்களிடையே மறைந்திருக்கும் அந்த தனித்தன்மை கனவை அடையாளம் கண்டுபிடித்து வளர்ப்பதை நோக்கமாகக் கொண்டுள்ளோம். மேலும் அந்த மூலப்பார்வையை வெற்றியாக மாற்றுவதற்க்கு தகுந்த ஆதரவு அளித்து அவர்களை மேலும் அலங்கரிப்போம்.
